  3. They take $1000 bond and then will not refund for up to 14 days which is ridiculous in this day and age and I am sure it is a bank interest play.

  1. When you book this company through a third party Website there is no advice that an after hours airport transfer fee will apply until they send you the confirmation email which is too late.

  All of this has compounded into a terrible experience with this business and the Tullamarine office in particular and I will be paying the extra $20 per day to use a reputable company next time.

  Terrible service. I rented a car for Rideshareing from them. Very disappointed. From the owner managers to their call center nobody knows what they're doing when comes to their Administration. It's like a bunch of suddenly decided they wanna work together. If you are a busy guy like me avoid.

They refuse to supply an invoice for toll charges for up to 6 weeks, they blame a third party for this but upon contacting the third party directly, who have significantly better communication skills than the Atlas call centre you are advised that the third party are in fact waiting for Atlas to supply the info.
