  Bought a pre-owned van from ACC just over 3 months ago. Why the late review. I was waiting for the warranty to run out, in the hope they would redeem themselves. But no, I would not deal with this business again.

  Don't know why we bothered to go here. We were thinking of upgrading our van. Staff here could not care. We stood in the reception area far too long whilst they chatted amongst themselves or got coffees. Total joke.

  My wife and I were told before we signed on the dotted line that they would do a full service, check and detail on the van as we were viewing it, as having been just traded. The service never took place, the detailing was like a wipe over with a dirty rag. After a few phone calls and emails and us not accepting a $50 discount on purchases from their shop to go away. We compromised and accepted a Starter Pack and for us to return the van so they could detail it. Just so they could drag out the same dirty old rag, we were not happy. We decided to waste no more time and energy dealing with ACC. We would instead get on with life and happy travels and should a warranty issue raise it's head we would put our trust elsewhere. Back to the original reply to my post, at not time did anyone mention not taking the micro wave out, until it was written in your reply owner.

  It was fantastic when I got a response to my post so quickly. And the owner called the next day, while not an agreeable one, it was timely. If it hadn't been for Google sending me a thank you for my helpful post a few weeks ago I would never have come back to this webpage and to see and read an added response to the owner's first response. It's a shame he has tried to make my complaint as insignificant and trivial as possible. But in fairness, it was my fault for posting a courteous post. Had I said some of the people who represent this firm have a poor relationship with the truth and customer service, that would have been closer to the facts.

  Cannot fault their service. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We have purchased 2 caravans from ACC over the years and have another one currently on order and have found the experience each time most satisfactory. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone contemplating making a purchase. Additionally Jayco is a most reputable Australian RV manufacturer having been around for years and have always made a product that is excellent to tow. There are so many Jaco's on the road that it speaks for itself. Backed by the after sales warranty and service you can hardly go wrong. Support Australian jobs through ACC.

  Salesman took 2 minutes to put me off his MDC camper trailers. Made me and my daughter feel like tyre kickers.Ezytrail much better to talk to and helpful.
